I’ve had my best results with affiliate marketing (versus ads). In fact my revenue from ads in my first months of blogging were higher than now, when I have much more traffic. Affiliate marketing gives me an opportunity to make my readers aware of a product, but customers have complete trust in a quality company that supplies the producst.

I wanna share a few tips that worked very good for me.
1. Choose a topic you know well and you have much knowledge over it.
2. Use banners instead of text ad.
3. Use multiple merchants in the same niche.
4. Always update your content with the latest information.
5. Use video files where needed.

I think very few of are aware about Affiliate marketing and what it is meant for especially in a countries like India and near by. Affiliate marketing may be one of the best possible option for those business to make most out of their online activity as they only has to pay for those conversion generated by affiliate in a network. I believe in a near future it will become one of the most used marketing tactics.
